Aspen Consulting has offices in San Antonio, Texas and Sinsheim, Germany respectively.  Projects are located throughout the U.S. and Europe.

U.S. Operations
Consulting has successfully managed and led projects in San Antonio, Texas, Fort Hood Texas, Hill Air Force base, Utah, and Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and other U.S. Locations.

European Operations
Aspen Consulting has worked in military communities throughout Germany and the Netherlands. Aspen has offices at Ramstein Air Force Base, Landstuhl Army Hospital, as well as Pirmasens, Kaiserslautern, Mannheim, Heidelberg, Stuttgart, and Wiesbaden, Germany.
